Fluid Upper Body Ergometer

Several days ago, I was looking for a fine workout machine suitable for training upper body muscle groups and while browsing through fitness sites in the internet, I saw the Fluid Upper Body Ergometer. At first, I thought it was just the same as other upper body exercisers, but as I scanned its features, I realized it is a machine like no other.
